Linda Sergeant
Founder & Curator of Luxury Travel Experiences
Linda founded Far and Away Luxury Destinations in 2005 after a successful career with a prestigious travel company. For over twenty five years she has planned and explored personally-tailored experiences for individuals seeking to immerse themselves in exotic cultures and simple escapes.
Linda's curiosity to see the world began at an early age, as a young child of Italian immigrants, briefly living in Germany before transferring back to the United States. Later, as a teen, she had the privilege of spending many summers traveling extensively throughout Italy and Switzerland. The exposure to the antique cities and quaint villages in each country fueled Linda's passion for experiencing something new and unique with every visit and continued to excite her throughout her many journeys from the Americas, Europe, Africa and beyond.
While living in Hawaii Linda explored and studied the uniqueness of island tourism. While traveling to the East and visiting Asia she was able to experience the cultures in several countries including India, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia.
As a luxury travel specialist focusing on Honeymoon, Wellness, and Family experiences, Linda's goal is to create memories that are meaningful and everlasting for each traveler on their personal journey to experience the world!

Natasha, an experienced luxury expert, has over 15 years working with some of the world's most prestigious names in the industry.
Her passion for travel and tourism started when she was very young and adventurous. She was raised exclusively in her hometown on the island of Ischia. When she left the whimsical island, she explored all of Europe working in the finest 5 star hotels. Later, her journey continued to Dubai where she consulted for Armani Hotels and Resorts.
In the past seven years, she has been curating extraordinary travel experiences for a select portfolio of UHNW clients of private members only Nota Bene Global. Working strategically and autonomously, she creates exceptional worldwide experiences involving the world’s finest hotels, plane and super-yacht charters, and rentals of outstanding villas, chalets and private islands. She has been travelling around the globe with her discerning eye, gaining first-hand experience and growing relationships to expand her extensive personal network of the highest-level contacts that set her apart from any other travel liaisons.
Wherever her intense journey takes her, she remains in contact with her authentic Italian roots. She is a passionate Italian woman who loves cooking and eating, enjoys a glass of cold Franciacorta with friends and family and always looks after those close to her including her faithful 4-legged baby Ethan.
Mariposa Thomson

Mariposa’s excitement for travel developed from her appreciation of her family’s heritage. Travelling throughout Mexico as a teenager and visiting family, she was able to absorb the Mexican culture that was uniquely her own and not prevalent in the US. This stirred a curiosity in her to not only dig deeper into her own traditions and history, but ignited her desire to learn and explore other countries as well.
While in college, she was able to travel from Texas to North Dakota studying indigenous cultures. From there, she moved to Spain to experience the Spanish influences in Europe. After Spain she moved to Scotland and traveled throughout the UK. Upon returning to Texas, her home state, Mariposa began traveling as often as possible to experience new opportunities in Canada, Brazil, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, and the Caribbean. Enjoying what each new destination has to offer; soaking up as many travel experiences as possible.
Looking for an opportunity to share her love of travel with others, she found her way into the travel industry. Linda was able to provide her the resources to create memories and unforgettable travel itineraries for her clients in Texas and beyond. Mariposa is excited to join the Far and Away team and continues to show the world to her young son, her ambassador of all things kid-worthy!
