Far and Away Luxury Destinations’ Terms & Conditions

By using our services you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Far and Away only accepts credit card for payment. Your authorization via email or phone will be required prior to any charges being processed.

  • All passengers must have proof of identity when traveling - valid photo identification (such as driver’s license/passport)

  • International travel requires proper documentation. Many countries require a passport for entry for US Citizens as well as Visas. Fees for Visa processing vary and process will be advised at time of reservation. It is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain all necessary visas. In addition, clients are responsible for being prepared to enter each country with proper vaccinations, testing, and documentation as rules can change at any time.

  • Foreign nationals must have the proper passport and visa authorizations for each of the countries they will be visiting. Foreign nationals that require a visa to enter the US must have a multiple re-entry visa.

  • A $200.00 per person service fee will be charged by Far and Away for any reservation canceled or changed after deposit is paid. This fee increases to $250.00 per person after final payment is processed. This fee is separate from any tour or travel company imposed penalties.

  • Airline ticket only reservations start at $50.00 per ticket. When changing or canceling your air ticket, a $100.00 per ticket fee will be assessed in addition to any airline imposed change or airfare increase.

  • If final payment has not been received in our office within the communicated final payment due date, your booking may be canceled. Applicable penalties will be assessed by the tour company and by Far and Away.

  • Far and Away strongly recommends travel insurance offered with each travel package we arrange. When declining insurance you assume the risk and potential loss of your investment. Potentially losing the full cost in addition to applicable penalties should you be forced to cancel or interrupt your trip.

  • International travel rates frequently fluctuate, we strive to obtain the lowest costs for our clients. Unforeseen circumstances may result in price increases that are out of our control. Far and Away will not be held liable for any increase due to rate fluctuation or government imposed fees or taxes when clients are traveling.
